Show and Tell: a group where people show and share life insights, hacks, survival tools, new resources --anything that has made you feel a little better and get out of bed. Interactive. At times boisterous. Usually a lot of fun.

Hands on Art: multiple versions of this group based on specialty topics. In all versions, we're doing something expressive with our hands with customized instruction and structure. Usually includes paper, paints, brushes, canvas, pencils, different paper, glue of all sorts (I love glue), scissors, findings, etc. Sometimes it's messy. The focus and vibe vary based on the group needs. Quietly interactive.
